Rely on the natural landscape of Victoria Harbor, the waterfront zone has been developed vertically and horizontally. By adding the skybridge, pedestrian, and the sunken plaza, we were able to create a three-dimensional circulation for the whole site, therefore, visually and physically expanded the site. In terms of the function, building blocks are intercrossed with each other, sometime they are overlapping. The stage and floating deck on the Harbor extends the function of the wateredge; commercial and retail area been displayed into the sunken plazas and the water front landscape zone. In terms of the traffic and circulation, a well functioned three dimensional system by the subway, roadway, and the skybridge. In terms of the landscape, we do not over exaggerate the magic of green, we make it just right with appropriate proportion and improvement caters to the natural landscape background of Victoria Harbor. Strong visual contrast between the low-rise building at the water front area and those high-rise commercial towers.
