HARMONIOUS MERGE is the identity of Hong Kong. We believe the development of Central Waterfront shall facilitate the HARMONIOUS MERGE of the Commercial, Civil and Cultural Centres nearby. To achieve this, we propose a scheme that GROWS. Recreational programme shall be introduced as neutral connectors and in 10 years, the large programmes will expand and generate medium scale and small scale programmes to grow on the new waterfront. A pre-designed fabric (the GRID) of services and foundation for future light-weight structures shall be installed to minimize future extensive construction works.
